Rev. Dr. Julian Williams

Rev. Dr. Julian T. Williams serves as the Executive Director of Liberians United for National Development, Inc. (LUNDI), where she provides strategic leadership, organizational oversight, and community engagement initiatives aimed at empowering Liberians both in the diaspora and in Liberia. She is committed to advancing the vision of national development, unity, and sustainable growth through service, advocacy, and leadership.

In addition to her role with LUNDI, Rev. Dr. Williams is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Divine Grace International Ministries (DGIM), a ministry dedicated to prayer, discipleship, biblical teaching, and community transformation. Through her ministry, she has impacted countless lives with messages of faith, hope, restoration, and spiritual growth.

Rev. Dr. Julian T. Williams is married to Bishop Wilfred D. Williams, Sr., Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LUNDI and Presiding Bishop of Divine Grace International Ministries. Together, they have devoted their lives to serving God, strengthening families, empowering communities, and promoting positive change through ministry, leadership, education, and humanitarian outreach.

Known for her compassion, integrity, wisdom, and servant leadership, Rev. Dr. Williams continues to inspire others through her commitment to faith, family, and national development. Her passion for helping people and her dedication to community advancement make her a respected leader within both the church and the broader Liberian community.

Bishop Wilfred D. Williams, sr. CEO/FOUNDER

Bishop Williams' extensive educational background includes a Diploma in Biblical Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, and an MBA in Operations Management from the Jack Welch Management Institute (JWMI). Currently, he is pursuing doctoral studies in Public Policy at Liberty University, further solidifying his commitment to informed and impactful leadership. His blend of academic excellence and real-world experience makes him a trusted figure. Bishop Wilfred D. Williams, Sr., is the esteemed Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Liberians United for National Development Inc. (LUNDI). His leadership is marked by a profound lifelong dedication to education, ministry, and community empowerment. Born in Lamco Yekepa, Nimba County, Liberia, Bishop Williams has transformed his personal journey and challenges into a powerful force for service and inspiration to countless others.

Mrs. Mardia Payne-Phillips- Executive Assistant-LUNDI 

Mrs. Mardia Payne-Phillips serves as the Assistant Executive Director of Liberians United for National Development, Inc. (LUNDI). In this role, she supports the organization’s leadership in planning, coordinating, and implementing programs that promote community empowerment, national development, and unity among Liberians both in the diaspora and in Liberia.

Known for her professionalism, dedication, and strong organizational skills, Mrs. Payne-Phillips works closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure that LUNDI’s vision and mission are effectively carried out. She is passionate about community service, leadership development, and creating opportunities that improve the lives of Liberians through education, advocacy, humanitarian outreach, and economic empowerment initiatives.

As a committed leader, Mrs. Payne-Phillips believes in integrity, accountability, teamwork, and servant leadership. Her ability to build relationships, support strategic initiatives, and inspire collaboration has made her a valuable asset to the organization. Through her service with LUNDI, she continues to contribute to the advancement of a stronger, more united, and prosperous Liberian community.
